iPhone only. Your partner needs an iPhone too.

A baby log you can use one-handed at 3 a.m.

Nightfeed logs feeds, diapers and sleep. Open it and you already see when the last feed was, which side is next and who did it. Your partner sees the same thing on their iPhone.

A free beta for about 30 families, opening soon. Email me and I'll send you the link when it opens. You install it with Apple's TestFlight app.

What you see when you open it. Nothing to tap first. Night light: dim and warm, for feeds in a dark room.

Free, with nothing to sign up for

I don't have a server, so nothing can lock you out.

Logging is free forever

Every kind of entry, all your history, sharing with your partner, more than one child, reminders, import and export.

No ads, no account

There's no sign-up and no questionnaire. Open the app and log.

Your data stays in your iCloud

Entries live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, not with me. You can export all of it at any time.

Made for the middle of the night

Feeds, diapers and sleep are on from the start. Everything else waits until you turn it on.

Two taps for a diaper or a bottle

Big buttons you can hit with a thumb. The only thing you have to choose is what you're logging. Times and amounts can be fixed later.

Shared with your partner

Through iCloud, as it happens. Each entry shows who logged it. Grandparents and nannies can join too, if they have an iPhone.

Timers that keep the right time

A feed or sleep timer stays right even if the app is closed or the phone restarts. Stopped one by mistake? Undo it.

Twins and siblings

Each child gets their own card, side by side, and timers can run for both at once.

Deleted isn't gone

Deleted entries wait in Recently deleted for 30 days, and a backup of everything is saved to your iCloud Drive every day.

More when you need it

Pumping, medicine, temperature, growth, or a kind of entry you name yourself. Hidden until you turn them on.

What it won't do

  • No predictions, scores or targets, and no comparing your baby with anyone else's. It shows what happened and when.
  • No ads, and no request for a rating while you're logging or at night.
  • It isn't on Android or the web, and sharing needs an iPhone on both ends. A partner without one can still get a text summary of the day.

Talk to me

Nightfeed is made by one developer: me. If something's confusing, broken, or missing, write to or tap Tell the developer in the app. I read every message and reply within a day.

Questions about sharing, moving to a new iPhone or exporting are answered on the support page. What the app stores and where is on the privacy page.
